Make it Rain, LLC ("we", "us") provides residential and commercial irrigation services in Fairfield County, Connecticut. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you become a customer or request service, we collect your name, service and billing address, phone number, and email address, along with details about your irrigation system and service history.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and perform service, send appointment confirmations and reminders, send invoices and account notifications, and respond to your requests. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and consent, we send you service-related text messages (appointment confirmations and reminders, crew-on-the-way notices, and invoice and payment notifications). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Make it Rain, LLC will not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above through our messaging provider (Twilio). Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of receiving service.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send login or verification codes by text — account security uses an authenticator app instead. Full details, including how to opt in and out, are on our Text Message Program page.
Data sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (our messaging provider Twilio and payment processor Stripe), and only as needed to provide our services. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
